• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process requiring Users to submit valid government-issued identification documents and proof of address.

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on mbi365, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. mbi365 does not permit individuals under the age of 21 to register, access, or use the Platform in any capacity.
2. Jurisdiction: You must access the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable law. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction before using the Services.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
4. Single Account: You may hold only one registered Account with mbi365. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or another person's — is strictly prohibited.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not have previously requested self-exclusion from mbi365 or be subject to a self-exclusion period that has not yet expired.
6. Not a Sanctioned Individual: You must not be named on any applicable sanctions list maintained by international regulatory authorities.

4. Account Registration & KYC Verification

Registration on mbi365 requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, Malaysian mobile number, and preferred currency. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and accurate.

4.1 Know Your Customer (KYC)

In accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations and responsible gambling commitments, mbi365 requires all Users to complete a KYC verification process. KYC verification requires submission of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document — Malaysian MyKad (IC), Driver's License, or valid Passport.
• Proof of current residential address — a utility bill, bank statement, or telecommunications bill issued within the preceding three (3) months, displaying your full name and address.
• A clear selfie photograph holding your government-issued ID adjacent to your face.
• Where applicable, verification of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of the registered e-wallet or bank account in your name).

KYC verification is mandatory prior to the processing of withdrawals above applicable thresholds. mbi365 targets a verification review period of twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours from receipt of complete and satisfactory documentation.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are obligated to promptly update your Account information in the event of any changes. mbi365 shall not be liable for any losses, service disruptions, or delayed withdrawals arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account details.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party.

In the event you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify mbi365 immediately via our live chat support or email at [email protected]. mbi365 will not be liable for any losses, including loss of funds or winnings, resulting from unauthorised Account access caused by your own failure to maintain credential security.

mbi365 will never contact you by email, telephone, or any other channel to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from mbi365 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mbi365 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods, subject to applicable minimum and maximum transaction limits:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• Boost eWallet
• GrabPay
• DuitNow QR & Transfer
• FPX Bank Transfer (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating Malaysian financial institutions)
• USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency deposits denominated in Tether on the TRON network)

6.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is MYR 50 (Ringgit Malaysia Fifty). Deposits are generally processed within the timeframes published on the Platform's payment information pages. mbi365 does not accept deposits from third-party sources — all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the User's own name.

6.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Full KYC verification must be completed prior to withdrawal processing.
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in the User's own name matching the Account registration details.
• Any active bonus rollover requirement must be completed, or the relevant bonus forfeited, before withdrawal of funds derived from that bonus.
• mbi365 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before releasing funds where fraud or money laundering is suspected.

mbi365 targets the following withdrawal processing timeframes: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) within minutes of approval; bank transfers within the same business day; USDT TRC20 within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes subject to blockchain confirmation. These are target timeframes and not contractual guarantees.

6.4 Currency

All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless the User has selected USDT TRC20 as their transaction currency, in which case conversions to MYR equivalent are applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, mbi365 offers bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, cashback, and other incentive programmes to registered Users. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users only. Eligibility requirements are specified within each promotion's individual terms.
• Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of the bonus-specific terms and the general Terms herein.
• mbi365 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Only one Welcome Bonus may be claimed per User, household, IP address, or device.

7.2 Wagering / Rollover Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated within each individual promotion. As a general guide, mbi365 promotions carry rollover requirements in the range of ten times (x10) to forty times (x40) the bonus amount. Users are advised to review the specific rollover requirement before claiming any bonus.

7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While bonus funds are active in a User's Account, individual bets are subject to a maximum bet cap. Unless otherwise specified in a promotion's terms, the maximum single bet or stake during active bonus play is MYR 300. Bets placed in excess of this cap while bonus funds are active may be voided and associated winnings forfeited.

7.4 Game Contribution

Different game types contribute at different rates towards the rollover requirement. Slot games typically contribute one hundred percent (100%). Live casino games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo) typically contribute ten to twenty percent (10%–20%). Sports betting markets and crash games may contribute at varying rates as specified per promotion. Games excluded from bonus wagering will be indicated in the promotion's terms.

7.5 Bonus Abuse

mbi365 maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly; using low-risk betting strategies to fulfil rollover requirements with minimal risk; arbitraging bonuses across promotional terms; and colluding with other Users to exploit promotional structures. Detection of bonus abuse may result in bonus forfeiture, withdrawal restrictions, account suspension, or permanent closure.

8. Gaming Rules & Fair Use

All games offered on the mbi365 Platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable, or live dealer operations conducted from licensed and audited studio facilities. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent the theoretical long-term return across all game rounds and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

Sports betting odds are set by mbi365's trading team and are subject to change up until the relevant market is closed. Pre-match and in-play markets are offered on selected sporting events. mbi365 reserves the right to void bets, suspend markets, or adjust payouts in instances of obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, match abandonment, or confirmed integrity violations in the relevant sporting event.

In the event of a technical error or malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet — including but not limited to server failures, software errors, or data corruption — mbi365 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the original stake to the User's Account. Winnings derived from a verified technical malfunction will not be honoured.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mbi365 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account per individual person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your Account.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to interact with the Platform in any manner not sanctioned by mbi365.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to engage in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity intended to manipulate sporting outcomes.
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order or while being a person for whom online gambling is legally prohibited.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at mbi365 staff or other Users.
• Chargebacks — initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes in relation to legitimate transactions on the Platform.

10. Intellectual Property

All content available on the mbi365 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, and data compilations — is the property of mbi365 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from mbi365.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mbi365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or these Terms, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.

mbi365's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mbi365 makes no warranty that the Platform will operate without interruption, be error-free, or be free from malicious software. While we invest significantly in platform reliability and security, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to Services.

Gambling involves risk. Past results do not predict future outcomes. You acknowledge that you may lose all funds deposited on the Platform and that mbi365 accepts no responsibility for gambling-related financial losses.

12. Responsible Gambling

mbi365 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides a suite of tools to help Users manage their gaming activity. These tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that restrict the amount a User may deposit within the specified period.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary account cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which deposits and gameplay are suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the Platform, activated immediately upon request and not revocable during the exclusion period.

13. Account Termination & Suspension

mbi365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or legal obligation requiring Account closure.
• User-initiated self-exclusion request.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Balance remaining — including any winnings derived from the breach — may be forfeited in accordance with the nature of the breach. Where no breach is found, any verified real-money Balance remaining will be returned to the User via their registered payment method following standard KYC checks.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account in good standing may contact our support team and request closure. Voluntary account closure does not affect the User's entitlement to their verified real-money Account Balance.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming platform regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which mbi365 is licensed to operate. Nothing in this clause restricts any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of Malaysia.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the mbi365 Platform, we request that you contact our Customer Support team in the first instance to seek resolution. mbi365 commits to responding to formally submitted complaints within five (5) business days and to making reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in good faith.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

15. Amendments to These Terms

mbi365 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of material changes — typically via email notification to registered Users and via a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of not less than fourteen (14) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to arrange Account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
